Full-Grain:
Full grain leather is the highest grade of leather available. It’s made from the outermost layer of the hide, where the fibers are densest and strongest.
Unlike other types, it retains the natural grain, making it extremely durable and resistant to wear. Over time, it develops a rich patina
Isn’t “genuine leather” good too?
Not really. “Genuine leather” is a misleading industry term. It refers to leather that’s been heavily processed, often made from leftover layers after the top grain is stripped away. It’s weaker, less breathable, and prone to cracking.
In short: full grain is built to last, while “genuine” is built to sell.
Vegetable-Tanned:
What is vegetable tanned leather, and why is it so respected?
Vegetable tanned leather is made using natural tannins from tree bark and plants; a centuries-old method that produces strong, durable leather with rich character.
It’s the gold standard for traditional leatherwork: used for sheaths, belts, saddles, and bags that need to hold their shape and last for decades.
Unlike chrome-tanned leather (which is faster and cheaper to produce), veg-tan leather is firm, moldable, and ideal for tooling, carving, and dyeing. It can be shaped when wet and hardens as it dries, making it perfect for structured goods.
Over time, it develops a deep patina and ages beautifully - no synthetic finish required.
If you care about craftsmanship, longevity, and authenticity, vegetable tanned leather is the material to look for.

A damage assessment (photos) is required along with a proof of purchase. This is to ensure false requests are not made.
We always give the benefit of the doubt. Products with Rivets / Stitching or Cosmetic damages will be repaired free of cost.
Replacement will also be considered depending on the situation. (Lost products are not covered)
